What a mess...


This is a picture of the mall area after the 'Anointed One' was... well... anointed. Part of his speech contained thoughts on personal responsibility. As you can plainly see Liberals and those who's lives we as taxpayers subsidize (both categories of whom voted for BO) don't understand this concept. As usual, they figured someone else would come along and clean up their mess.
I'm feeling ill as I think of the mess that will have to be cleaned up after they pass this Porkzilla debacle they are calling a stimulus package. This mess is supposed to be cleaning up the last four years of the first mess they have made in the Democrat-controlled House and Senate. They forced lending institutions to loan money to people who could not afford to pay it back under the pretense of 'fair housing.' Thanks Libs, now my house isn't worth squat either, but that's your mission, to put everyone on the same level. To take from those that have earned what they have and give it to those that haven't so they will keep you in office.
You ain't seen nothing yet folks. This is just the tip of the iceberg. As this garbage continues in the weeks, months and years ahead we will see BO for who he really is. He can't hide behind his teleprompter forever.

The Journey...
















There's a saying among bikers that 'It's not the destination, but the journey.'





There are a group of people that I love to hang with. These people are all about the ultimate destination, but they also know the importance of the journey. I love journeying with these brothers and sisters, because when I'm with them, I see who Jesus is because He lives in them. Many of them have a history that they are not particularly proud of; drug and alcohol abuse, jail, prison, gangs, violence, you name it, they have probably done it. These friends of mine know what Grace is. Some of them are still trying to come to terms with it because they still can't quite grasp how God could love them because of where they've been. I can relate to that myself.
These brothers and sisters have laughed and cried with me, prayed over me and loved me through dark times. They rejoice with me in the good times. I have ridden with them, eaten with them, partied with them, hurt with them, hugged them and recently, have grieved deeply with them.
My favorite place to be is with them, riding down the highway, two by two, listening to the roar of our pipes as we accelerate from a stop and lean into the next curve.
Watching as our road captain Adam and our now, chapter president, Kelly lead us, there is a warm feeling in my heart that I can't really put into words, but it's a feeling of belonging and being loved beyond comprehension. Knowing that there is no place else I would rather be at that moment. It's the same feeling that I have knowing that God loves me and accepts me as the person He created.
My dear CMA brothers and sisters, you mean so much to me. I love you beyond words and I'm very privileged and blessed to be riding through this life with you.
God bless each and every one of you for how you have blessed me, and as you continue to show me what Christ would look like wearing leather.
