Millions of people, including my relatives, made the trip from Europe chasing a dream. They went through immigration and worked hard to become assimilated to their new home, learn the language, and provide for their families. They didn't ask for anything free. No handouts, no demands, just the opportunity to pursue the American dream of freedom and independence.
