The Year America Dissolved

I read this and thought,"Wow, I've been thinking about this for quite a while now." I don't want to be an alarmist, but do think I'm becoming more of a realist these days. Society is decaying at a rapid pace and something like this very well could be reality. We have been stockpiling food and other necessities in the event they will be needed.

If we don't get this regime out of power, this country will only be a shadow of it's former self and soon. They are not wasting time turning us from a Republic to Socialist. If this doen't stop we could be looking at another civil war because Patriots have had just about all they are going to take from these idiots.

Bammy reminded us after he was Emaculated that "Elections have consequences". I hope he remembers that next January.

I've actually wanted to blog about this, but since this is written better than I could do it, I'll just post it instead. -TI

It was 2017. Clans were governing America.

The first clans organized around local police forces. The conservatives’ war on crime during the late 20th century and the Bush/Obama war on terror during the first decade of the 21st century had resulted in the police becoming militarized and unaccountable.

As society broke down, the police became warlords. The state police broke apart, and the officers were subsumed into the local forces of their communities. The newly formed tribes expanded to encompass the relatives and friends of the police.

The dollar had collapsed as world reserve currency in 2012 when the worsening economic depression made it clear to Washington’s creditors that the federal budget deficit was too large to be financed except by the printing of money.

With the dollar’s demise, import prices skyrocketed. As Americans were unable to afford foreign-made goods, the transnational corporations that were producing offshore for US markets were bankrupted, further eroding the government’s revenue base.

The government was forced to print money in order to pay its bills, causing domestic prices to rise rapidly. Faced with hyperinflation, Washington took recourse in terminating Social Security and Medicare and followed up by confiscating the remnants of private pensions. This provided a one-year respite, but with no more resources to confiscate, money creation and hyperinflation resumed.

Organized food deliveries broke down when the government fought hyperinflation with fixed prices and the mandate that all purchases and sales had to be in US paper currency. Unwilling to trade appreciating goods for depreciating paper, goods disappeared from stores.

Washington responded as Lenin had done during the “war communism” period of Soviet history. The government sent troops to confiscate goods for distribution in kind to the population. This was a temporary stop-gap until existing stocks were depleted, as future production was discouraged. Much of the confiscated stocks became the property of the troops who seized the goods.

Goods reappeared in markets under the protection of local warlords. Transactions were conducted in barter and in gold, silver, and copper coins.

Other clans organized around families and individuals who possessed stocks of food, bullion, guns and ammunition. Uneasy alliances formed to balance differences in clan strengths. Betrayals quickly made loyalty a necessary trait for survival.

Large scale food and other production broke down as local militias taxed distribution as goods moved across local territories. Washington seized domestic oil production and refineries, but much of the government’s gasoline was paid for safe passage across clan territories.

Most of the troops in Washington’s overseas bases were abandoned. As their resource stocks were drawn down, the abandoned soldiers were forced into alliances with those with whom they had been fighting.

Washington found it increasingly difficult to maintain itself. As it lost control over the country, Washington was less able to secure supplies from abroad as tribute from those Washington threatened with nuclear attack. Gradually other nuclear powers realized that the only target in America was Washington. The more astute saw the writing on the wall and slipped away from the former capital city.

When Rome began her empire, Rome’s currency consisted of gold and silver coinage. Rome was well organized with efficient institutions and the ability to supply troops in the field so that campaigns could continue indefinitely, a monopoly in the world of Rome’s time.

When hubris sent America in pursuit of overseas empire, the venture coincided with the offshoring of American manufacturing, industrial, and professional service jobs and the corresponding erosion of the government’s tax base, with the advent of massive budget and trade deficits, with the erosion of the fiat paper currency’s value, and with America’s dependence on foreign creditors and puppet rulers.

The Roman Empire lasted for centuries. The American one collapsed overnight.

Rome’s corruption became the strength of her enemies, and the Western Empire was overrun.

America’s collapse occurred when government ceased to represent the people and became the instrument of a private oligarchy. Decisions were made in behalf of short-term profits for the few at the expense of unmanageable liabilities for the many.

Overwhelmed by liabilities, the government collapsed.

Globalism had run its course. Life reformed on a local basis.

I recently had some correspondence with an acquaintance that I have known for quite some time. He told me that a while ago he had gone over to the Pacifist side. The dictionary describes Pacifism as:
pac·i·fist / Show Spelled[pas-uh-fist]
1. a person who believes in pacifism or is opposed to war or to violence of any kind.
2. a person whose personal belief in pacifism causes him or her to refuse being drafted into military service. Compare conscientious objector.

I have spoken to many Pacifists over the years as this area is filled with them. I have worked with Amish, Mennonite, Brethren, as well as the denominations that have branched off of them. I have heard all of the arguments many times over and have come to the opinion that there are not as many of them as they would like to think.

God has blessed us with an innate sense of survival as well as a very protective nature towards our loved ones. In my opinion, while I understand their viewpoint, there is not enough evidence in the word of God that indicates we are not responsible to defend and protect ourselves and our families or our country. It all sounds very noble and spiritual, but I truly believe that if it comes right down to it, those instincts that our Creator put in our DNA will kick in and we will do what's right.

Here is the letter I wrote to him.

Dear David,

As you would be able to see from my blog, (link below), I'm still a hot headed 51 year old and quite frankly at this point I'm spoiling for a fight. I don't plan to start one, but if there is going to be one to finish, I want to be in the middle of it and go down either swinging or riddled with holes. I'm really not trying to be dramatic, I mean it with all my heart.

It makes me heart-sick to see what we have allowed to happen to this great country we have been blessed with. There have been thousands of Godly men and women that have willingly made the sacrifices up to and including giving their very lives so that we can have the freedoms that we now enjoy. My life is no more valuable than theirs.

This country is deteriorating at a breakneck pace due to the corruption that has been going on in Washington for years. I will never give up praying for this land and our government. That being said, I could not blame God at all for turning His back on us just as He did His own children of Israel. We are worse than Sodom and we have strayed far from the Godly principals this country was founded on.

I truly believe that God does not need my or anyone else's help to turn things around, however He has used both the military and the citizen Patriots as tools for His purpose in past history, (the Israelite armies and the European crusades come to mind).

I respect those that hold the Pacifist viewpoint. I have studied both sides of this issue and there is ample room to come down on both sides of it. People much smarter than me have debated it for centuries and still haven't figured it out for sure. I still find it very difficult to believe that any husband or father would simply drop to his knees and pray if their home was invaded and their wife or daughter was ravaged or abused by an intruder and they did nothing to intervene, but I have had Mennonites and Amish tell me that's what they would do. That would be a heinous act of cowardice and I don't buy it for a minute. That is not what God expects of us as providers and protectors of our families.

When the proverbial poop hits the fan, as it soon will outside of a miracle, I will stand with my [firearms] ready to defend my family, my neighbors, and even those of my Pacifist brothers and sisters as well if asked to do so. I can't tell you how many times I have heard, "I know whose house I'm headed to when everything breaks down." I know that it is said mostly in jest, but we'll see how it goes when that does happen. I also suggest to them that they go to the local gun store to pick something out and that I would be glad to help them choose one if needed.

I'll get off of my soapbox now, and there will be room behind me for you and yours as well should the need arise. I will hand you and whomever else shows up one of my many firearms, and when the rubber hits the road I think you will look into the terrified eyes of your family and I believe you and many others will ultimately pick it up. I will probably not survive ultimately, but I will not go down without a fight.
